Yoga Experience
Christine has designed these hen party classes for women to gather together to have fun and to celebrate and support the bride to be.
Safe Comfortable Environment
All in her beautiful fully stocked and purpose-built yoga studio, all equipment is supplied and fully sterilised.
A Hen Party of All Ages
She has had groups including grannies to nieces on the mat for these gatherings of women.
Yoga and Meditation
There will be a little meditation, some guided yoga poses including; warmups, balancing and partner yoga, and a short restorative practice to finish up.
Encourage Support and Fun
The classes are friendly and inclusive for everyone and offer a chance to encourage each other in a fun and supportive way.
Flexible Time Frame
This can range in time from an hour-long class to a two-hour class.
