Christine teaches yoga from the heart with a conscious effort to theme her classes around the cyclic and ancient pre-Celtic and seasonal calendar that reflects her love of nature in her classes.
She teaches yoga and hosts retreats, workshops, and trainings in Boyle, Inishbofin, and Omagh, where she can go deeper and explore all these practices have to offer.
Jane Schleyer - Somatics
Jane discovered the benefits of Somatics in 2015 having an interest in overcoming health issues
brought on from having Fibromyalgia and fatigue caused by stress.
The gentle movements brought relief to both the mind and body that it inspired her to learn more and to eventually train to become a Somatics Movement Coach with Lisa Petersen of “Living Yoga” in Dublin.
The Somatics Education world is vast, so Jane continues to explore and is currently training with Brian Siddhartha Ingle and Gayatri Schriefer of “Living Somatics” along with continued practice with other teachers.
Jane found that with regular practice, Somatics gave her a lift to living her life in a more functional way hence she created “Lift2Life” to introduce the movements to others.

Since being a second time mum during the pandemic she has focused her own practices and her teachings even more on supporting emotional and mental health as well as physical wellbeing. Tanja knows from experience that by bringing yoga and wellbeing practices into our daily life we can more easily manage the challenges we face every day and become more balanced, relaxed and happy within ourselves.
What she loves most in her work is to empower children, parents and families, to integrate these wellbeing tools and enjoy them as part of their daily lives to feel good in body, mind and soul.

Deirdre Moran.
Deirdre gives a very relaxing and nourishing class involving some gentle movement, which consists of standing poses with hand actions to encourage good energy into the chakras.

She gives a spoken guided explanation on what students are doing and gives detailed information on what each chakra is connected to, benifits and controls. Followed by a deeply relaxaing guided meditation, with Tibetan singing bowls to finish off the class.
Deirdre will also be using tuning forks on the clients while they are lying down to revitalise their aura, and/or sometimes gives each client healing energy on their shoulders.
